Meet Megan Nicholson, our Chief Executive Officer! Megan joined Entrée Recruitment in 2003 and established Entrée Early Years Recruitment in 2011. Her goal was to provide meaningful employment opportunities throughout the Early Childhood Education sector while creating positive outcomes for clients, educators, children, and their families.

As CEO, Megan oversees daily business operations, strategic direction, and company performance. She’s a leader passionate about service delivery, team performance and culture, innovation, branding, and commercial viability. With 19 years of leadership experience and formal qualifications in Human Resources, her primary objective is to foster a positive and ethical workplace culture through a multi-style leadership approach.

Megan is a well-recognised advocate in the Recruitment and Staffing industry and currently serves as Chair of the Recruitment, Consulting and Staffing Association (RCSA, 2019). Her direction led the organisation to be shortlisted for seven industry awards, winning two. Her transformational leadership has inspired employee growth, loyalty, and satisfaction, resulting in a staff retention rate of six years among the support team and seven within the consulting group.
