Caitlin blends creative thinking with current communication trends to deliver targeted and engaging marketing campaigns that build our brand awareness and drive hiring results. Her expertise in branding, copywriting, design, digital marketing, and project management makes her a jack of all trades.

In 2022, Caitlin developed our recruitment advertising packages in line with market trends, specifically looking at candidate insights and what employees want. To keep up with the challenging job market, Caitlin advocates for providing clients with valuable research on how to best attract and retain talent. More, Caitlin consistently seeks innovative approaches to stay ahead of the curve by staying current with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
