Entrée Early Years Recruitment – 2023 A Year in Review

As we approach the end of the year, the team at Entrée Early Years Recruitment would like to take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey we’ve had and to express our sincere gratitude to our wonderful clients and candidates. This has been an exceptional year for us, and we couldn’t have done it without your support!

One of the highlights of our year has been the success of our four ECEC sector-based complimentary workshops. These workshops were designed to provide our clients and candidates with specific training and resources tailored to the early childhood education and care sector. From Safe Sleep Training to Aboriginal Cultural Awareness, Men in the ECEC Sector, and our brand new welcome session, these workshops have proven pivotal in equipping our candidates with the tools and knowledge to complete their placements successfully.

Over the past 12 months, we have not only focused on our work in the ECEC sector but have also actively participated in community initiatives and supported various charitable organisations. We have volunteered our time at Foodbank and Treasure Boxes, as well as sponsored the Treasure Box Gala Dinner, Puddle Jumpers Award night, Bedford BBQ Bash, Australia Day Council of SA, Inspiring South Australian Women and local sporting clubs. Additionally, we have dedicated our time and expertise to several schools, assisting students with interview preparation, resume building, and delivering talks at international tertiary institutions to support students in their academic and career pursuits. We are proud to have also raised money for Sidskids and the Cancer Council, contributing to important causes.

This year, we also had the pleasure of attending the ECA National Conference for the first time, held at the Adelaide Convention Centre. It was an excellent opportunity for us to connect with inspiring clients, partners, and candidates who share our passion for early childhood education.

We were honoured to join our sister company, Entrée Recruitment, at the RCSA annual recruitment awards. We were overjoyed to win the Outstanding Agency of the Year – up to 30 staff award. We have also been shortlisted for two TIARA awards, and we eagerly await the results later this month.

Celebrations have been a significant part of our year as well. In October, we celebrated our 12th birthday with a team lunch, reminiscing our growth and accomplishments over the years. Additionally, we’re excited to join Entrée Recruitment as they celebrate their 22nd birthday in the beautiful setting of Normanville during a weekend packed with fun and celebrations. It is an exciting time for both companies, and we are proud to celebrate these milestones together.

Lastly, we are thrilled our new website has been a success. The website represents our growth and position as one of Adelaide’s leading providers of Early Childhood Education. Through this platform, we aim to enhance your experience with us and provide valuable resources and information to those in the ECEC sector.
