Our Temporary Recruitment Process
Explore and Apply
- Browse opportunities on our website.
- Apply for a position suited to your skills and experience.
- Ensure you hold all mandatory qualifications and licences before applying.
Phone Screen
- If your application meets our requirements, a friendly consultant will validate your documents and conduct a phone screen.
Interview
- Successful applicants are invited for a behavioural-based interview.
- Complete your registration form and prepare one reference.
Post-Interview
- We’ll conduct one reference check and notify you of the outcome.
- If successful, you’ll receive a welcome email. You’ll have the flexibility to choose your hours by updating your availability weekly. Then, you’re ready to start working!

Above Award Rates (effective November 2024)
- Working Towards Cert III Educators: $36.10/hr (including super)
- Certificate III Educators: $40.74/hr (including super)
- Diploma Qualified Educators: $46.28/hr (including super)
- ECT Qualified Educators: $51.55–$61.26/hr (including super)
- Cooks: Starting at $34/hr
