Explore and Apply

• Browse opportunities on our website.
• Apply for a position suited to your skills and experience.  
• Ensure you hold all mandatory qualifications and licences before applying.  

Phone Screen

• If your application meets our requirements, a friendly consultant will validate your documents and conduct a phone screen.  

Interview

• Successful applicants are invited for a behavioural-based interview.  
• Complete your registration form and prepare one reference.  

Post-Interview

• We’ll conduct one reference check and notify you of the outcome.  
• If successful, you’ll receive a welcome email. You’ll have the flexibility to choose your hours by updating your availability weekly. Then, you’re ready to start working!

• Working Towards Cert III Educators: $36.10/hr (including super)  
• Certificate III Educators: $40.74/hr (including super)  
• Diploma Qualified Educators: $46.28/hr (including super)  
• ECT Qualified Educators: $51.55–$61.26/hr (including super)  
• Cooks: Starting at $34/hr
