Dianna has ten years of experience in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector and eight years in the recruitment industry. She is an expert in building relationships with new and existing clients while assisting them with sourcing and retaining talented educators.

Throughout her career, Dianna has specialised in recruiting for various roles, focusing on business support opportunities within State Government and Not-For-Profit organisations. She is well-versed in both permanent and temporary recruitment and has an in-depth understanding of the unique requirements of the Early Childhood Education and Care sector. This specialised knowledge allows her to effectively connect organisations with the right professionals and build long-lasting partnerships.
