Laura Harvey

Meet Laura, our fantastic Recruitment Manager! She’s been with us since 2008 and has played a crucial role in setting up the foundation of our Early Years Recruitment division.

From creating processes and operations to coaching our talented Early Years team, she has assisted in creating the very backbone of our organisation’s values and mission.

Laura mainly focuses on workflow management, business improvement processes, and supporting and mentoring staff. As a manager, she’s all about empowering her team to achieve their best and supporting them through continuous learning and growth. She takes her time to train, coach, and mentor her staff, instilling her passion for providing high-quality personalised service.

With Laura’s long service at Entrée, she’s become part of the family and an integral member of our team, with everyone highly respecting her experience and dedication.

When Laura’s not working, she’s a beautiful mother to her five-year-old son. She loves showing her creative flair with fun projects and renovating her house. Laura is also a boxing enthusiast and has a fantastic relationship with her colleagues, who she calls her best friends. With Laura on your side, you’ll feel like you’re part of the family too!
